The bicommunal group of experts on water and energy sustainability and waste management met at the CPDC premises.
This group was established following a proposal from last October’s two-day Conference at Ledra Palace Hotel.
The group’s mission is to create a lasting forum for discussing challenges and opportunities in these critical areas and to develop new bicommunal solutions through cooperation across Cyprus.
Organized by the Cyprus Peace and Dialogue Center (CPDC) and the Glafkos Clerides Institute, this group operates informally, without fixed membership, and is chaired by Professor Frithjof Kuepper from the University of Aberdeen.
Stay tuned as the group meets regularly in person and online to potentially publish proposals in a discussion paper for a sustainable future across Cyprus!
